UL-100 Headset fits neatly inside the helmet and the Peltor ear defenders click onto and off your ears at start and end of flight.
I can't remember why I bought this when I already had a helmet with integral headset, but it wasn't the first and it won't be the last purchasing mistake I've made in aviation.
