The event was submitted to and accepted by Guinness World Records and we are convinced in 2026 we can do better. The event will officially start at 08:30 at which time landings will start to be recorded and the 8 hour timer starts running.
The event will be held on Saturday June 13th 2026. Guinness have accepted the application which means if we submit all the correct documentation and image proof they will recognise this again as a record – if we achieve more that 71 thats is. Please note the British Rotorcraft Association will be paying all landing fee’s and that will give you access in full to the museum and grounds.
As this is not a Shuttleworth event there is no entry fee for the public and we are in talks with the Aston Martin owners club hoping they will join us with a great display of classic and modern DB’s.
Wallis and Son of Cambridge (owned by Ken Wallis’s 2nd cousin Elliot, will be bringing along the original “Little Nellie”, hopefully she will be towed behind one of Ken’s original Rolls Royce cars.
NEWS.
The Aston Martin Owners Club have confirmed they will be joining us at this unique event.
